2.1 Requirements for All Content

• All depicted persons must be 18 years of age or older
• You must own the content or have explicit rights to sell it
• Content must be suitable for printing as wall art
• Images must meet our minimum quality requirements (2000x2000 pixels)

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination:

3.2 AI-Generated Content Restrictions

AI-generated art is allowed with the following restrictions:

• Must not depict real people without their explicit consent
• Must not create content that would violate any of our prohibited content rules
• All depicted subjects must appear to be adults (18+)
• Must be clearly labeled as AI-generated if requested

4. Content Ownership & Rights

4.1 Your Rights

By uploading content to SpicySnaps, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the legal right to sell it
• You have obtained necessary model releases for any recognizable persons
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have the right to grant SpicySnaps a license to reproduce and sell the content

4.2 Model Releases

For any content featuring recognizable individuals, you must have obtained a valid model release. We may request proof of model releases at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in content removal.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

6. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Content Policy may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for repeated or serious violations
• Account Termination: Permanent ban for egregious violations or repeat offenders
• Legal Action: In cases involving illegal content, we may report to law enforcement

7. DMCA Takedown Procedure

SpicySnaps respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a takedown notice.

7.1 Filing a DMCA Notice

Your DMCA takedown notice must include:
